PCB Layout Design

You can choose either Protel DXP or PowerPCB to do the Layout.

We start with a PCB layout after the schematic has already been "captured".

You need to offer or recommend the board size and shape, and suggest the number of layers. The ground and power planes assistance is required sometimes. Upon agreement, we will begin to do the component placement. Any input you have to assist in the placement of parts will be most welcome. It is usually important to decide on the placement of any connectors early in the process.

We calculate trace widths to provide any required impedances and current carrying capability. We take care that differential pairs stay together.

We will provide check plots *.pdf for you to approve or criticize the design.

You will receive GERBERS, Drill drawings, NC drill file, and Pick-&-Place file after you pay the full fund.
